Can I purchase a Gift Voucher?

Yes, Of course. Our gift vouchers are available though our online store. All gift vouchers have an expiry of 12 months. If you don’t think you will use it before the expiry date, please contact us before it expires.

Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock??

At Mama and Bebe, we will always endeavour not to run out of stock, but in the rare situation that our stock figures are incorrect, you will receive an email advising you that we are out of stock. In this situation you will always have the option of a full refund or we can change it for another product of your choice to the same value.

How can I find a specific product?

Please use the search function which is located at the top of your screen when you are in the online store. If you cant find the product you are after, I would encourage you to contact Mamá + Bebé and we will endeavour to source it for you.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes absolutely, we have wholesale prices on specific products in our range. If you are interested in wholesale please contact us at and we will provide you with the wholesale pricing along with the T&C’s



Can I change my order after completing the purchase?

Your order will be packed within 24 hours after purchase. Therefore, if you wish to make a change or cancel your order completely, you need to let us know within this time frame. After that, we can't guarantee that we can change your order.

How do I use my discount voucher?

You will need to enter your coupon code or discount code at checkout. Do not enter payment details unless you have entered your code, or the code will not be used.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do. We have free domestic shipping in Australia on all orders over $100.

Shipping Timeframe

All orders will be shipped within 2 Business days. Delivery time frame is estimated between 2-5 workings days (within Australia) and in some cases up to 10 working days (eg. Perth, rural or remote locations). If you require a quicker delivery time, please select Express Post as the option during checkout. Mamá + Bebé are not to be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Incorrect Address or return parcels

If Mamá + Bebé is unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, postage will be charged again for your parcel to be posted.

Return Policy

Mamá + Bebé does not provide refunds for change of mind, however we want your shopping experience to be as easy and problem free as possible, including feeling confident when purchasing your products. Mamá + Bebé will accept returns under the following conditions: 
Damaged or Faulty Goods 
The product may be returned and you can choose to either have it replaced at no extra charge or alternatively Bec Gordon Photography will provide a full refund. Bec Gordon Photography will pay the postage costs to have the faulty item returned. Contact must be made via email within 7 days of delivery including a photo of the damage to
